I called and the call was answered by a real person. I needed a large old Sony TV and an old large video game removed, Mike had his crew at my home the next day and time as promised. I would be for his company to anyone. I am a real estate agent, and I know how important it is to have items removed in a timely fashion. They accomplish that for me at my home.
